Description: When implementing a strengths-based approach, one of the first steps is working with individuals to understand and leverage their strengths. In this lesson, participants will learn the “why” of engaging individual strengths, as well as activities they can utilize to leverage strengths at the individual level. This lesson once again addresses weaknesses in a strengths-based context, with specific strategies for managing them.
