We are searching for a Client Success Associate!
As a Client Success Associate (CSA), you will play a crucial role in helping our nonprofit clients thrive. Working closely with our Director of Client Success and internal team members, you’ll provide exceptional service, manage multiple client relationships, and ensure projects run smoothly. If you’re passionate about helping nonprofits succeed, love problem-solving, and thrive in a positive and energetic environment, this is the perfect opportunity to contribute to causes that matter.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in an office-based client services role, experience working or volunteering in the nonprofit sector, and great project-management and people skills. They’re known for seeing opportunities where others see challenges, having a positive attitude and work ethic, wanting to learn and grow professionally, and being a team player who is excited about supporting colleagues and clients alike.
