This is a dynamic, client-facing role for an experienced nonprofit professional ready to step in as a trusted consultant, facilitator, and coach to mission-driven leaders from day one. You’ll lead and support high-impact engagements across strategic planning, leadership development, board effectiveness, and organizational capacity building to help nonprofits strengthen their internal systems and achieve long-term sustainability.
In this role, you’ll manage your own portfolio of clients while collaborating closely with senior leadership and a small, high-performing team. You’ll also play a key role in delivering and shaping new cohort-based programs designed to meet the evolving needs of the sector.
