Learn what it’s like to be a Black nonprofit leader in 2023 and how history – current and past – shape how our esteemed panelists lead. Panelists will talk about the impacts of systemic racism on who they are, the challenges they face, and the priorities they set. They’ll talk about their views on resilience and well-being and the historical pressures they feel to be strong and not complain, as well as their role in designing for racial equity.
