Our Two Manager Training Packages

Manager Training – The Fundamentals:

With the service, we will cover all the basics of management training in three phase. This service will achieve an increase in knowledge and implementation of management best practices;  improve the ability to cultivate a positive work culture, reduce stress and indecision related to personnel issues and enhance confidence to manage others.

Our Process: Your consultant will facilitate a manager training designed to increase management skills of your managers for ultimate organizational success. This process will include the following three phases:

  • Phase One – Plan for Success: Communication with Project Manager to discuss current challenges, training and development goals, expectations, timeline, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Phase Two – Manager Training Sessions: Design the agenda, interactive exercises, materials, and handouts for six, 2.5-hour sessions via Zoom. Sessions will occur once per month. Facilitate training sessions with managers to include facilitator-led content, group discussion, and peer-to-peer skill-building on custom topics to meet the team’s needs.
  • Phase Three – Plan for Sustained Impact: Communication with Project Manager to plan for sustained impact and continuous growth.

Manager Training – Comprehensive Manager Training:

With this service, we promise to deliver a review and reflection on one’s own current management skills and areas for growth; an increase in knowledge, and implementation of management best practices; improve the ability to cultivate a positive work culture, reduce stress and indecision and enhance confidence in managing others as well as providing employee development.

Our Process: Your consultant will facilitate comprehensive manager training designed to substantially increase the management skills of 10 managers for ultimate organizational success. This process will include the following four phases:

  • Phase One – Plan for Success: Communication with Project Manager to discuss current challenges, training and development goals, expectations, timeline, roles, and responsibilities, and determine preassessment questions. Design and deploy customized, surveys to managers to prompt reflection, assessment of current skills, and goal setting around management skill development. Conduct analysis.
  • Phase Two – Strengths Assessment & Training: Conduct CliftonStrengths Assessment with all participating managers. Analyze CliftonStrengths Assessment results and prepare customized materials. Design and convene one, 3-hour session via Zoom to increase understanding of personal strengths, a strengths-based management approach, and identify strategies to incorporate strengths within the managers’ individual teams.
  • Phase Three – Manager Training Sessions: Design the agendas, interactive exercises, materials, and handouts for six, 2.5-hour sessions via Zoom. Sessions will occur once per month. Facilitate training sessions with managers to include facilitator-led content, group discussion, and peer-to-peer skill-building on custom topics to meet the team’s needs. One-on-one, 60-minute coaching sessions with each participating manager to answer individual questions and provide customized feedback for maximum growth and development.
  • Phase Four – Plan for Sustained Impact: Create and administer a post-training assessment to include skills gained, individual reflection on how to sustain growth, and evaluation of the training program. Convene 60-minute meeting via Zoom with Project Manager to review the post-training survey results and plan for sustained impact and continuous growth.
