Cenia brings over 30 years of leadership experience in both the nonprofit and corporate sectors, with a strong focus on driving social equity and economic empowerment. As former President and CEO of the Community Action Agency of St. Louis County (CAASTLC), she led efforts to help individuals of lower socio-economic means transition to economic stability. With an MBA, extensive executive experience, and years of board service, Cenia is dedicated to empowering nonprofit leaders to achieve sustainable growth and innovation. Her coaching is rooted in her career-long commitment to helping others improve their quality of life and lead organizations toward lasting impact.
Before CAASTLC, Cenia served as Senior Vice President at the Gateway Region YMCA and held a global business management role at Solutia. She currently serves on the National Community Action Partnership Board of Directors and is the former board chair of Deaconess Foundation, where she championed racial equity and policy change for children.
