Elisa Glick -

she/her/hers

An executive leadership coach, dynamic speaker, and award-winning educator, Elisa empowers leaders to create workplaces where trust, collective care, and inclusion aren’t just values—they are lived experiences. As the Founder and President of Elisa Glick Consulting, Dr. Glick’s work is rooted in the belief that courageous, human-centered leadership is essential for driving organizational success and transformation. Combining evidence-based strategies with a deep understanding of the complexities of human dynamics, she works with leaders at all levels to help them develop the knowledge, skills, and mindsets necessary to create nurturing environments where everyone can thrive.

Elisa’s coaching inspires leaders to embrace vulnerability, communicate courageously, and lead with integrity, thereby fostering cultures where all voices are heard, respected, and valued. Balancing compassionate encouragement with holding leaders accountable, she empowers leaders to enhance their impact by honing their leadership capabilities, increasing their self-awareness, and guiding them in developing practical solutions for creating safe, inclusive, and flourishing workplaces.

Elisa is Associate Professor Emerita at the University of Missouri, where she was a professor of English and Women’s and Gender Studies for 22 years. She holds a Ph.D. in English from Brown University.
