Dr. Kasi Lacey is an executive coach, psychologist, and keynote speaker dedicated to empowering nonprofit leaders to develop their leadership identity, build confidence, and create lasting impact. With over 15 years of experience as a C-suite executive in higher education, Dr. Lacey understands the challenges of leadership, imposter syndrome, and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
Her coaching and leadership development programs help professionals break through self-doubt, refine their leadership style, and lead with clarity and confidence. Dr. Lacey has extensive experience working with nonprofit organizations, serving on boards such as the Coalition Against Rape & Domestic Violence (CARDV) and the YMCA Callaway County, where she guides strategic planning and executive transitions.
With a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology, Dr. Lacey combines psychological expertise with practical leadership strategies to help leaders at all levels—from emerging talent to seasoned executives—build resilience, foster innovation, and drive meaningful change. She is passionate about supporting nonprofit leaders, especially women, in overcoming barriers and stepping into their full leadership potential.
