Krysta partners with nonprofit leaders to strengthen how they think, lead, and operate—especially during times of growth, transition, or change. With more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, she understands the real-world challenges leaders face, from navigating complex team dynamics to managing burnout while driving meaningful impact.
As a coach, facilitator, and systems strategist, Krysta supports individuals and teams in building the mindset, skills, and structures needed to lead with clarity and purpose. Her coaching is designed to help nonprofit leaders set clear priorities, make confident decisions, and create healthier, more effective organizations. She blends human-centered design with systems thinking to help clients identify patterns, shift behaviors, and implement practical strategies that support long-term success.
Krysta brings a steady, grounded presence to her work, paired with sharp insight and deep knowledge of the nonprofit sector. She has led statewide initiatives, coached executive teams, and supported organizations through strategic shifts, capacity building, and leadership development.
Krysta is an ICF-certified coach and holds a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from Fontbonne University and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Saint Louis University. She is passionate about helping mission-driven leaders grow in their roles and lead with resilience, clarity, and compassion.
