Dr. Nicole Rankine (she/her)

Dr. Nicole Rankine, affectionately known as Dr. Nic, joins us from Georgia and is one of the most engaging certified Leadership Trainers and Personal Growth Coaches around. She is a Maxwell Team Leadership Consultant and the owner of the COLE Academy of Personal Growth, a professional development company that is devoted to helping educational/organizational leaders and students grow by teaching proven principles and practices of leadership development, personal growth, and communication.

Dr. Nic’s professional career spans over 20 years of helping people. Dr. Rankine travels both nationally and internationally devoting her life to equipping, inspiring, and empowering leaders and youth worldwide. Dr. Rankine also serves as an Adjunct College Professor in Public Health and is the author of Adulting In My Purpose the Journal, a journal design to help young adults with their personal growth and professional development. She is also the founder of Healthy Young People Excel, Inc., a nonprofit devoted to helping youth develop their soft skills so they can increase their social and emotional learning and have better academic and life success.

She has held several leadership positions throughout her career, within service organizations, and in her community. Dr. Nicole Rankine is a certified Human Behavior Consultant and has provided training for government agencies, schools, colleges and universities, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations. Dr. Rankine has also trained internationally in Costa Rica, Kenya, South Africa, and China. She holds a Ph.D. and Master’s degree in Public Health and a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated and active in her church ministry. She is fun, has high energy, and exhibits a sincere passion for helping others reach their full potential.
