Gayle Ely is a Leadership Coach who partners with purpose-driven non-profit leaders and service entrepreneurs to explore the question “How Do I Become a Better Leader?”. Together we harness the passion for the cause they serve and ignite their passion to lead others who work to fulfill the organization’s mission. Applying the 6 Pillars of Passionate Leadership, the result is a passionate leader whose organization is operating for maximum impact.
Steeped in service from a young age, Gayle does this work because she believes that effective leadership is essential for successful non-profit and service organizations. For over 30 years she’s served in leadership roles in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. She’s served on church boards and as President of an Advanced Toastmasters Club. She currently services as board chair for the premiere therapeutic foster care agency in the state of Georgia where she is partnering with the CEO to revitalize the board/agency relationship. She’s embedded in the work of leadership and constantly learning new ways to help leaders.
Gayle is the founder of Total Life Leadership and a co-author of the book “Spiral Up: The Surprising Secret to Great Team Results.” Gayle received her professional coach certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and is credentialed through the International Coaching Federation.
