Anne Ross-Weldy -

Anne Ross-Weldy is a trusted leadership coach and nonprofit consultant with more than 20 years of experience strengthening leadership teams, building effective boards, and driving sustainable growth. As Director of Capacity Building at New Chapter Coaching, she partners with nonprofit leaders to navigate challenges, develop clear strategies, and build thriving organizations.

Anne combines practical nonprofit leadership experience with deep expertise in strategic planning, board development, team performance, fundraising, and organizational culture. Her work is grounded in helping leaders build confidence, foster collaboration, and lead with clarity.

She holds a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Administration from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Science in Administrative Management from Missouri State University. A lifelong educator and leader, Anne spent 12 years as an Adjunct Professor at Lindenwood and currently serves as Board President of Welcome Neighbor STL, alongside leadership roles with the Arthritis Foundation Missouri and Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri.

Carolyn Sullivan -

With over 40 years of experience as a litigation attorney, executive director, leadership coach, and nonprofit consultant, Carolyn is deeply committed to helping nonprofit leaders thrive. She draws on her extensive background to guide individuals and organizations in achieving and sustaining transformative results that have a lasting impact on communities. Carolyn has held leadership roles at every level within the nonprofit sector, from serving as an executive director to holding key positions on multiple boards of directors. She understands firsthand the challenges nonprofit leaders face and what it takes to grow and strengthen an organization—combining knowledge, character, and competency.

Carolyn is passionate about empowering nonprofit leaders to unlock their full potential. Her approach is grounded in a deep understanding of nonprofit dynamics and a commitment to fostering leadership development that is both impactful and sustainable. Carolyn is also a certified CCAT Facilitator, a leading assessment tool for measuring a nonprofit’s effectiveness. Cenia Bosman -

Cenia brings over 30 years of leadership experience in both the nonprofit and corporate sectors, with a strong focus on driving social equity and economic empowerment. As former President and CEO of the Community Action Agency of St. Louis County (CAASTLC), she led efforts to help individuals of lower socio-economic means transition to economic stability. With an MBA, extensive executive experience, and years of board service, Cenia is dedicated to empowering nonprofit leaders to achieve sustainable growth and innovation. Her coaching is rooted in her career-long commitment to helping others improve their quality of life and lead organizations toward lasting impact.

Before CAASTLC, Cenia served as Senior Vice President at the Gateway Region YMCA and held a global business management role at Solutia. She currently serves on the National Community Action Partnership Board of Directors and is the former board chair of Deaconess Foundation, where she championed racial equity and policy change for children. Cenia’s leadership coaching is designed to help nonprofit leaders thrive—individually and organizationally—by fostering innovation, excellence, and long-term success.

Elisa Glick -

As the Founder and President of Elisa Glick Consulting, Dr. Glick’s work is rooted in the belief that courageous, human-centered leadership is essential for driving organizational success and transformation. With over 15 years of experience as a C-suite executive in higher education, Dr. Lacey understands the challenges of leadership, imposter syndrome, and navigating complex organizational dynamics.

Her coaching and leadership development programs help professionals break through self-doubt, refine their leadership style, and lead with clarity and confidence. Dr. Lacey has extensive experience working with nonprofit organizations, serving on boards such as the Coalition Against Rape & Domestic Violence (CARDV) and the YMCA Callaway County, where she guides strategic planning and executive transitions.

With a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology, Dr. Lacey combines psychological expertise with practical leadership strategies to help leaders at all levels—from emerging talent to seasoned executives—build resilience, foster innovation, and drive meaningful change. With more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, she understands the real-world challenges leaders face, from navigating complex team dynamics to managing burnout while driving meaningful impact.

As a coach, facilitator, and systems strategist, Krysta supports individuals and teams in building the mindset, skills, and structures needed to lead with clarity and purpose. Her coaching is designed to help nonprofit leaders set clear priorities, make confident decisions, and create healthier, more effective organizations.
