We are searching for a Senior Associate!
As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality consulting services to our nonprofit clients. This position requires an individual with deep experience in nonprofit management, project management, and client relationship building. In this role, you will work closely with senior consultants to manage client projects, develop strategies, and help nonprofits achieve their goals. You will be expected to provide hands-on support in all stages of consulting engagements, from conducting needs assessments to presenting findings and recommendations. This person must be committed to New Chapter Coaching’s mission of strengthening nonprofits so they can strengthen our communities, eager to learn, dedicated to their own personal/professional growth, and good with people.

Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in nonprofit consulting or nonprofit management and a strong understanding of nonprofit operations, governance, and strategic planning; exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage complex tasks, resources, and timelines; and is a collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

We are searching for a Director of Capacity Building!
As the Director of Capacity Building, you will lead and manage our capacity-building services, supporting nonprofits in achieving their missions by strengthening organizational effectiveness, improving internal processes, and enhancing overall performance. They will also spearhead internal capacity building and operational improvements to enhance New Chapter Coaching’s performance.
This role will involve a combination of direct client service, program management, and staff leadership. The Director will work closely with clients, providing consulting, training, and coaching in areas such as strategic planning, governance, leadership development, to name a few.
