We are searching for an Operations Manager!
The Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone of New Chapter Coaching, an award-winning nonprofit consulting firm dedicated to strengthening organizations that advance critical missions nationwide. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives on creating clarity, accuracy, and efficiency behind the scenes. By managing the firm’s financial and operational systems, the Operations Manager ensures the internal infrastructure runs smoothly so the team can focus on delivering impactful consulting, leadership development, and fundraising support to nonprofit partners.
This hands-on role oversees day-to-day finance and bookkeeping, office and vendor management, and client and project administration. Working closely with the CEO and an external accountant, the Operations Manager maintains and refines established systems, manages QuickBooks and financial reporting, supports client onboarding and project coordination, and strengthens internal processes through documentation and continuous improvement.
