As the Founder and President of Elisa Glick Consulting, Dr. Glick’s work is rooted in the belief that when organizations prioritize people-first values everyone thrives. Combining evidence-based strategies with a deep understanding of the complexities of human dynamics, Elisa helps nonprofit leaders develop the knowledge, skills, and mindsets necessary to create resilient and empowering cultures—leading to stronger teams, increased innovation, and greater impact.

Elisa is Associate Professor Emerita at the University of Missouri, where she was a professor of English and Women’s and Gender Studies for 22 years. She holds a Ph.D. in English from Brown University.
