Our Three Succession Planning Services
Emergency Succession Planning:
This service provides you with a board-approved emergency succession plan.
Our Process: This service includes meeting with the executive director and leadership team to gather customized input to customize an emergency succession plan to meet the organization’s needs; drafting recommended succession plan; sharing the plan with the leadership team to gather feedback; finalizing the plan and submitting it to the board for approval.
Succession Policy Development:
This service provides you with a Board-approved succession policy.
Our Process: This service includes meeting with the executive director and leadership team to gather customized input to customize succession policy to meet the organization’s needs; draft recommended succession policy; share the plan with the leadership team to gather feedback; finalize policy and submit to the board for approval.
Developing Internal Leadership:
This service provides you with the identification of 3-5 high-potential employees and the gaps in competency they need to close to advance with the organization and serve at a higher level. As well as Individual Professional Development Plans for each of the 3-5 leaders.
Our Process: This service uses an evidence-based 8-step model, to identify the organization’s challenges, identify competencies required for key leadership positions, identify high-potential employees, and develop professional development plans for each of the 3-5 high-potential employees, reflecting competencies needed to advance and actions to be taken to close competency gaps.
